1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes

½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for crunch)

Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

Cut puff pastry into 24 squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.

Add a cube of Brie to each cup.

Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, then drizzle lightly with honey or syrup.

Sprinkle with nuts if using.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
