Description

Crispy, smoky, and slightly sweet—these bacon-wrapped sweet potato fries are the ultimate 4-ingredient appetizer. They’re fast, flavorful, and totally addictive. Whether your guests are waiting on the main dish or you’re just looking for a no-fuss finger food, these bites deliver every time.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thick fries

12 slices of bacon, cut in half

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional for serving: BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, chipotle mayo, or honey mustard

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top (if available).

Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Wrap each fry with a half-slice of bacon, overlapping slightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Place wrapped fries on the wire rack or directly on the baking sheet, seam side down.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the sweet potatoes are tender.
