Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup or burger sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cans crescent roll dough (16 rolls total)
Optional: parsley for garnish, dipping sauce (like Thousand Island or burger sauce)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain, then stir in bacon, cheese, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles. Place a spoonful of beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
