A comforting classic featuring tender hamburger steak smothered in rich gravy, layered with creamy mashed potatoes and vibrant veggies.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (1.5 lbs)
  • Onion (1 medium, diced)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Beef broth (1 cup)
  • Cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz can)
  • Green beans (1 cup, trimmed)
  • Mashed potatoes (3 cups)
  • Shredded cheese (1 cup, your choice)

Instructions

  1. Prep the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
