Description
These garlic parmesan chicken bites are juicy on the inside, golden and crisp on the outside, and bursting with savory flavor in every bite. Made in the air fryer with minimal oil and big bold taste, they’re your new go-to for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or high-protein snacking.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and half of the Parmesan.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 9–11 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Immediately toss hot bites with remaining Parmesan and parsley. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
