Ingredients
1 package (9–10 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
Olive oil spray
Optional: warm marinara or pesto for dipping
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Dip each ravioli into the beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
