Ingredients
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp cooking oil (olive or avocado oil)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
