Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
2 large eggs
½ cup vanilla protein powder
½–¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (fold in gently)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease.
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Whisk in eggs until fully combined.
Stir in protein powder until a smooth batter forms.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Divide evenly into 6–8 muffin cups.
