3 cups frozen watermelon cubes
Juice of 1 lime (or sub with lemon if you like a citrusy twist)
Instructions
Cut fresh watermelon into cubes and freeze for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
Add frozen cubes and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy-like.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Add a mint leaf or slice of lime to garnish if you’re feeling fancy!
