Weeknight pizza night just got a serious upgrade! These naan pizzas come together in 10 minutes flat and deliver crispy edges, melty cheese, and bold flavor with minimal effort. Perfect for feeding a crowd or customizing to everyone’s tastes, this version adds a gourmet twist with fresh basil, garlic, and a parmesan finish that takes it over the top.


Ingredients

8 naan bread pieces

1 cup pizza sauce (or roasted garlic marinara)

2 cups shredded mozzarella (or fresh mozzarella slices)

½ cup grated parmesan cheese (for extra umami)

1 tsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust edges)

4 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Optional toppings: sliced cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, olives, pepperoni, or arugula for after baking


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment.

Place naan pieces on the baking sheets. Brush the edges lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Spread 2–3 tablespoons of sauce over each naan.

Top evenly with mozzarella, then sprinkle parmesan over each pizza.

Add optional toppings like sliced tomatoes or pepperoni.

Bake for 7–9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are golden.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh basil, and add red pepper flakes or arugula if desired.
