- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes without moving to get a good sear.
- Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and nicely browned.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce, over rice, salad, or in wraps.
