Description

10-Minute Cajun Chicken Bites are juicy, spicy, and packed with bold Cajun flavor. They’re quick to make and perfect for a speedy dinner, meal prep, or high-protein snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Add the chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes without moving to get a good sear.
  4. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and nicely browned.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with dipping sauce, over rice, salad, or in wraps.
